What are the transaction fees for sending cryptocurrencies?

  • Transaction fees vary based on network conditions. We display the current fee before you confirm any transaction.

How do I secure my wallet?

  • Use a strong password, and never share your private keys or recovery phrases with anyone.

Can I exchange one cryptocurrency for another within the wallet?

  • No, our wallet currently does not support in-app exchanges. However, we will be implementing this feature in the near future.

What happens if I lose access to my account?

  • If you lose access, use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your password. If you lose your recovery phrase, it cannot be recovered, so store it securely.
